The Sisters of Mercy - German TV Interview - 1984 (Video)
A Request from Florian, the quality sucks, but it's the only version that surfaced so far. Dubbed in german.
Siouxsie and the Banshees - Paradiso, Amsterdam - 17.07.1981 (DVD)
Very Interesting DVD. Thanks to the original uploader and to cEnda for the links.
Original Info file:
From The PKP Vaults : Master Tape VHS PAL 85 minutes
So here as promised the next instalment from the PKP vaults:
In 1981 Siouxsie gave a great concert at the Paradiso. It was filmed for the Amsterdam Pirate TV Station PKP with a portable VHS.
They went to the Paradiso in the afternoon during the soundcheck, and it was the guitar player John McGeoch who talked to them and gave permission to film the concert that evening.
They filmed from he balcony , and even though it is of course VHS quality from the eighties, it is stil quite enjoyable to watch.
The follow spot on Siouxsie shines a little too bright at times but her dancing is great. Plus the concert ends in my favourite song : Helter Skelter
After the concert they were allowed an interview, but the interviewer ( I forgot his name ) was a little intimidated by Siouxsie so could not really come up with any sensible questions,
which resulted in Siouxsie getting slightly obnoxious, dipping our microphone in a glass of water and making fun of the interviewer and the cameraman.
It's all a little uncomfortable, but I included it anyway, cause it is a rare oppotunity to see old footage of siouxsie talking.
PKP broadcasted several songs of the show later that summer, and somehow a copy of this VHS tape came into circulation, and the audio has also been ripped as a bootleg.
This however is the best possible copy I could make from the original Master tape, which never left my house since 1981. Do not expect BBC broadcast quality.
It is grainy and noisy VHS, but the best we had back in '81.

The Sisters of Mercy UK Dispatch, Sky Channel Report - 1988 (Video)
Very interesting 20 minutes program featuring interview with Hussey and Eldritch about the split of the FALAA line-up and consequent dispute about the Sisterhood name, Also featuring Patricia Morrison and Simon Winkler. Some promo clips are included, most of them not totally complete. Thanks to florian for sharing this one here with us!
Original Comment by florian:
Here below you have a TV special, well it's more of a report about the Sisters' (inevitable as Wayne puts it) split that ocurred in 1985, the conflict over The sisterhood name that it entailed, The sisters of mercy & The mission being regarded as prominent figures in the gothic rock movement, features an interview with the mission, a few of their clips and a kick-ass though short interview with Andrew and Patricia from the Floodland era.

TheCure - InOrange (DVD and Flac)
Recorded live in Orange's Roman Amphiteater (Vaucluse), August 9th-10th, 1986. This is, in my opinion, the definitive The Cure video, and thr fact that is unavaiable in a legit DVD/BluRay format is a prove of how bad record companies work... Instead, you can buy in eBay this bootleg DVD ripped from an analog source for a small fortune... don't waste money, it's this same version. I will gladly erase it from the blog when I get to buy it in a record store, in a brilliant restored image and sound, full of extras, like it deserves. Until then...
