The fabulous Tarquin Live blog lost all the links with the fall of MU. I left a message there saying I would help by re-uploading the TSOM, so here's the first. Quite a rarity until it was shared there.

Salvation - Astoria, Leeds, UK - 22.12.1989 (Flac)
Another excellent share by Egg_Crisis.
Cassette(Audience,Master,TDK D90,recorded on Saisho PS 35R with built-in mic) > wav > Soundforge(normalise uneven L&R channels) > CDWave(split on sector boundaries) > flac(6)
As well as the tape flip there's several cuts where the stop button got moshed into.
Cuts at 36:46(Bamboo), 42.58(Paint It Rose), 44:16(tape flip-Paint It Rose), 48:57 (Ravishing), 59:06&59:37(encore break).
They blew a fuse 3 times right at the start of the gig and it took 10 minutes to fix it, but the tape continued rolling to capture every moment! That's me making a few comments into the mic during that part. *cringe*

Cassette(Audience,Master,Sony HF90) > wav > Soundforge(normalise) > CDWave(split on sector boundaries) > flac(6)
The 2nd of my two Junior Manson Slags recordings. I prefer this one out of the two because the female vocals are more prominent and more crazy!
I missed a little bit of the first song, and sound is bad for the first 17 seconds. Tracks 2, 4 & 8 only exist as live versions. The titles of tracks 2 & 4 are guesses, he introduces track 2 but I'm not sure what he's saying! Zed were the support (I didn't tape them.)

The Rose of Avalanche - Haddon Hall, Leeds, UK - 18.08.1988 (Flac)
Another excellent post from roverinexile.
In summer 1988, the Rose of Avalanche played a series of gigs in Leeds under the moniker "Absolutely Anything". This is the final one of 3 I have on tape, this time at the Haddon Hall pub in the Burley area of Leeds. The band had been on a bit of a hiatus due to the contract dispute with Fire Records. They mostly played newer tracks, but none that hadn't been played live before and this was the same setlist as the second Duchess gig.
TDK D90 > Aiwa tape deck > Audacity > CDWav > TLH> FLAC
If you have any other Rose live tapes, please let me know. There are certainly more out there in circulation that haven't been posted on here or Dime. If there is a copy anywhere of their gig from 6 November 1988 opening for Ghost Dance in London, I'd be particularly interested.

The Rose of Avalanche - Duchess Of York, Leeds - 11.08.1988 (Flac)
Another rare gem shared by roverinexile.
In summer 1988, the Rose of Avalanche played a series of gigs in Leeds under the moniker "Absolutely Anything". This is the second of 3 I have on tape. The band had been on a bit of a hiatus due to the contract dispute with Fire Records. They mostly played newer tracks, but none that hadn't been played live before.
They were supporting Steve Diggle (ex-Buzzcocks). Despite it being a secret gig, as a support act, playing under a different name, Phill seems to expect a much larger and more enthusiastic audience. He references the Fire debacle and their unapproved release of In Rock.
