The The - Marquis Club, London, UK - 10.10.1982 (Flac)

Good Audience recording + 2 tracks radio source. Thanks to sam1 for sending me this recording to share here, and to the original uploader.

Original Info File:

Unknown line up, see gigography at
http://www.thethe.com/sections/library/gigography/gigography.html

Received this on cassette trade thru the mail before high speed internet was
everywhere. Lineage:
Cassette Audience recording -> 2nd (or later) generation cassette copy (from
Dave H) -> cassette to CDWAV by friend before I had computer, unknown cassette
player -> CDR -> EAC -> FLAC 8 using Traders Lil Helper

Original cassette had "This Is The Day" and "I've Been Waiting" after track 04.
Since they sound like other source (probably radio), old friend who transferred
cassette put the two tracks at the end. Also a few "fades" were done at begin
of track 08 and between 13-14.

I would re-transfer from cassette if I had a cassette player anymore... Doubt I
could get better quality transfer though. It is listenable and audience noise
is clear stereo, but sounds like recorded on boom box or similar in the back of
venue with "automatic record levels." The Audience noise is clear and loud
during breaks, but cannot hear once the music volume increases.

01 Another Boy Drowning
02 Perfect
03 The Nature of Virtue
04 Instrumental
05 The Twilight Hour
06 Controversial Subject
07 Song without an Ending
08 Hit Me Where It Really Hurts
09 Uncertain Smile
10 Red Cinders in the Sand

The cassette also includes what sound like radio recordings of live tracks,
probably BBC stuff, so might help with dates???
