Thanks ! This is such a great blog, there is so much good music here. Keep rockin' man ! Just a question : Do you have any Richard Lloyd bootleg ?
ReplyDeleteSaw this and thought I'd answer, hope circle doesn't mind.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like this, Pierre-Alexandre, and you'll find a ton more Tom Verlaine/Television on the site, thanks to circle. One that is not here and which you should get immediately are the FLAC studio sessions for Verlaine's Flashlight album - top quality and really interesting. Get them here:

As for your question, there is only one Richard Lloyd live bootleg I know of (Empty Bottle, Chicago, IL, 22 June 2001), and also some studio stock music he did. I posted both before here and here:

http://growboredbigscott62.blogspot.com/2014/05/some-great-files-from-dave-sez-archive.html.
The download links in both are now dead; if circle would send me an email, I'll send him the Empty Bottle gig for reposting here. Meanwhile, both my previous posts give a link to willardswormholes for the studio stock music - if you go there and look at the first comment, you'll find a link to zippyshare and mediafire downloads, both still live.
Go get, you won't regret! Cheers and hope this helps, Dave Sez.
I never heard of these sessions ! Thank you so much for the links. I also grabbed the Television shows you posted, rare stuff (and so good !). You have a wonderful collection of bootlegs, thanks for sharing it !
