This was the 9th show of the "Prayer Tour", or so the "Disintegration" LP's tour was so dubbed. Previously widely circulated as the "Dark Night" bootleg, although missing faith, and with charlotte sometimes incomplete. This is a transfer off of the analog master. According to cure-concerts, it was recorded with Sony WM-D6 Professional Analog Recorder, a very nice piece of equipment indeed. I like this recording very much. It's clear, with little crowd disturbance.
enjoy!

Many thanks to exene for sharing & DCR for posting, much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteAwesome. Saw them two summers ago in Montreal.
ReplyDeleteI work for an artist doing some weird dance shit made out of live radio. Would you be interested in hearing it?
Thank you VERY much for reuping and sharing!
ReplyDeleteI did a rMaster of this if anyone wants it. I use the term rMaster because most 'Remasters' sound tinny and digital to my ears and 99% of the time I prefer the original. I stay true to the original sound, but make minor adjustments here and there. It should be available on CUREFORALL. But I don't know for sure.
