Marilyn Manson - This Is Halloween - 31.10.2006 plus Putting Holes In Happiness - 20.07.2007 (1080i ts)

And two excellent quality transport stream videos of MM on the Jay Leno Tonight Show, one of them from the Halloween night od 2006,m where Manson covered a song from The Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack. The files are huge, but the quality is well worth it.

Roky Erickson - Luxor, Koln, Germany - 12.12.2010 (ProShot DVD)

Mr Erickson was the frontman of the influential psichedelic rock pioneers The 13th Floor Elevators. He, as a solo artist and with his former band, is an influence to everybody from The Cramps to The Entombed passing through Sonic Youth.

His life would give a movie (in fact it did), plus his mad lyrics are psycho enough to drive Michael Myers away fearing for his life, perfect for Halloween, you can't beat a mad genius. And some of the best song titles ever to be put on a record sleeve.

If you don't know him, just go the wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roky_Erickson

Dead Can Dance - Centre Bell, Montreal, QC, Canada - 24.08.2012 (DVD)

OK, what is This? This the DCR team being creative, for better or worse.

Given the few DVDs circulating of the Anabasis tour we decided to do one with the High Quality videos shared by youtube user deadcandancevideo that posted the entire concert. I asked Š†©kmªÑ if he had the time to do this DVD and even if DCD is not is cup of tea, he agreed and gave it a tweaking on the sound, wich was already excellent and added transitions inbetween songs to make the experience more enjoyable.

In my opinion this is a must for every DCD fan, so HUGE thanks to youtube user deadcandancevideo for sharing it and to Š†©kmªÑ for his work making this DVD and for the links. You can check the thumbs for video quality and decide for yourself if it's worth your time.

The Sisters Of Mercy - Ringlokschuppen, Bielefeld - 21.04.2006 (Flac)

Very good sound. By the taper notes, he doesn't seems very into the whole Doktor Avalanche thing, all the drums, bass and synth are launched by the Doc's nurse since 1993, it's not quite playback... Anyway, Thanks to him for sharing his recording.

recorded from second row, left side

The "highlight" of this show was surely the power shortage during "Dominion"!
The band had used too much smoke on the stage (one could barely see anything) so that the smoke detection alarm went off and shut down the power circuit of the whole building. It was so obvious that the band were using playback that almost everybody had to grin or laugh...

After 15 minutes of patient waiting the ('playback') show continued. Definitely a TSOM night to remember!

NOTE: This is a repost of this one because now Alex sent me a lossless version to post also. HUGE Thanks! This nice cover plus hundreds more here: http://livecovers.wordpress.com/

It's a pleasure to present you with another excellent sounding recording of the Anabasis Tour (it seems that the DCD week is expanding to the entire month). A huge THANK YOU to the taper for chosing DCR to share his and to Alex for making it possible by uploading it.

Today t'is the concert in Portugal, unfortunately the tickets sold out just 30 minutes after being made avaiable, and I wasn't quick enough... Maybe someone tapes it also, that would be nice. Only three more concerts and the tour is over in Europe.

Front 242 - Docks, Hamburg, Germany - 20.03.1991 (Flac)

A now, a mystery. This naster was shared by electropop on DIME last year. And contains a recording that is labeled as Hamburg 20 March 1991, the same date as the Berlin Bootleg, wich is circulating for some time now. This version contains one more track. The sound is better than the bootleg. I compared the versions and they're similar but seem to be from different concert. Seems very unlikely that the band made two concerts in tha same day in two different cities, one possible explanation is that one of the concerts was scheduled for the 19th, but started after midnight, making the real date the 20th. Maybe someone has more info on this matter.

Thanks to electropop for sharing this recording on DIME and to mopple for send it to me to post here.

Fokker1918 Notes on the show:
What can I say about this? It's the hottest ticket in town anywhere when it comes to Kraftwerk. Tickets sold out in minutes or two hours depending on who you ask. I managed to legitimately buy two tickets to this show for my girlfriend and I. I was situated front in front of Ralf, not more than 5 feet away from his console. An idiot security goon stood by and did nothing as I shot the entire show. I had to do a battery change during Home Computer but for the most part this is as complete as you'll get. I hope you like this as I haven't seen the boys since 2004 in Toronto (Tour de Ricoh DVD anyone?).

Good sound, some fluctuations on the sound, probably due to being an open air concert.. Thanks to mopple for sending me  this recording to share here and to dimitroy for taping and sharing it on DIME a long time ago.

The Sisters Of Mercy - Fenders Ballroom, Long Beach - 30.05.1985 - SBD version (Flac)

One of the more famous concerts from TSOM, various versions exist: a complete audience recording, the video and an incomplete soundboard recording, The first two were already posted here in FLAC and DVD. This one is the incomplete soundboard recording, sourced on the "Floorshow" bootleg CD, wich was one of the first posts I ever did on DCR, but in MP3. Time for an upgrade to FLAC.

I really don't like much this version, because the voice is completely above everything else in the mix, wich is normal for a concert on a small club, but it's quite distracting and doesn't really benefit the songs.

Thanks to Eleskin for sharing his rip on DIME.

Tracklist:

01. A Rock And A Hard Place
02. Floorshow
03. Gimme Shelter
04. Slice
05. Body And Soul
06. Marian
07. No Time To cry

Kraftwerk - 013, Tilburg, The Netherlands - 01.07.2005 - Alt. Version (DVD)

Another excellent audience video by Nafoute, kindly shared here by  Š†©kmªÑ.

Original info file:

MY BOOTLEG HAS BEEN BOOTLEGGED !!! (Nafoute)

I released this video here 3 years ago and never tried making money with it. Some people reworked it since and began to sell it. (Thanks Twingo for the Information) I decided to seed this alternative version here to avoid people spending more money for it.

Original Shooting, Artwork & Authoring : Nafoute
Audio : KZ

"Stolen", reworked and reauthored by Crime Crow productions (bastards).
Compared to my originals DVDs :
  - The colours are enhanced
  - The image has been slightly cropped
  - More contrast but less details
  - The Nafoute TV logo has been blurred away

I don't like the idea of if but nice job though...
