I am a bit surprised to find a lack of information on the actual TV show
around the web.  Indeed there only seems to be one song from the show circulating on youtube (gleaned from a official compilation DVD a few years ago?).  Any more info out there would be more than welcome.
I've always loved this tape but hadn't heard it for a while.  On hearing it I decided it was definitely worthy of a freshtransfer and upload, so here it is.
This is the Slits at their Dub Reggae best at the time of their adventurous (but not greatly received) 2nd album "Return of..."
Make of it what you wish but to me its a fantastic performance and deserves to be heard at full volume!

  1. Brilliant stuff, circle! Some info for you and your readers.

This was recorded at the Venusklang International Women's Festival, at which the Au Pairs also played [81.06.20, Berlin Tempodrome]. A partial version of the Au Pairs gig was widely bootlegged and later officially released as Live in Berlin. The fullest version of the Au Pairs gig, missing only Diet and Set-Up, was released as the German cassette bootleg, Fight Back Produktion, 1981 (SBD B+ @ 320):
