thank you so much. had no idea about this. I check nme website regularly (but obviously it's not mentioned there) nottingham booked. where I last saw them (quite a while back) be great to see them again. first saw them in 93 (DM + then NEC)
this is probably the wrong place to ask this, but since it's a recent post, I thought I'd try it here; is it possible for you to re-up the "Scatology Era Demos" by Coil? I've been looking for those for ages, and your blog is the only one sensible enough to have them posted…I believe the post was from 2011. Thanks a million, and your blog is freaking awesome...
with the unfortunate demise of both Coil members, all their catalog and bootlegs are freely acessible on archive.org, uploaded by fans, so can get the Scatology Demos here:
https://archive.org/details/Coil-ScatologyDemos
and if you are a fan of the band, follow the coil bookmark there and you'll open a treasure of nearly 100 recordings including demos for various albuns and other unreleased material like soundtracks.
I LOVE YOU!!!

Used to be a great band and I still love their albums, but seein' them live has become a waste of time. Sad but true.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree. I saw them in a smallish venue in Australia 3 years or so ago. I was really disappointed, I had such high hopes.
