13. I’m Gonna Find You
Notes:
The air conditioning was blowing very strong and my mics picked up some wind noise. It’s most noticeable when listening through headphones. Didn’t think to bring windscreens to an indoor show! Other than that the recording is very clear with no real crowd interference.
Tom Verlaine’s left hand cramped up in the middle of Marquee Moon & during I’m Gonna Find You. He stops playing occasionally to shake it off.

A great recording spoilt by "the wind"
ReplyDeleteWhy would they need air conditioning in the middle of a New York winter?
If it had been LA then it would have been understandable. Anyway TV sounding pretty good in 2014.
