Unfortunately this is incomplete and neither me nor the people I traded with back then ever found a complete copy. Whoever taped it probably missed the beginning part.
Looking at other setlists from this tour the missing songs at the start of the set would have been- Aaarrrggghhh / Fever / Wait And See / Do I Want To? / Justine / Spirit In The Sky. Also Rules & Regulations was usually performed between You Got Me & She, and there'd have been Rockin' With Rita at the end as well.
