Black Session #108. Early reunion show. Bernard Lenoir interrupts the end of "Bedbugs and Ballyhoo" and then we come back for the last few notes of "Don't Let It Get You Down." "Nothing Lasts Forever" wasn't part of this particular broadcast.
Another show brought to you courtesy of the Stonecutter Archives.
There is supposedly pro-shot video of this session. Anyone have?

Very good FM broadcast. Thanks to the original uploader on Dime.
Original Info File:
Unknown source (low gen), FM recording, fresh transfer
Transfer: Nakamichi BX-300 > Sound Forge 10 @ 24/96 >
CDWave > TLH > FLAC 16/44

2. Over The Wall
3. No Dark Things
4. Heaven Up Here
5. Rescue
6. Crocodiles
7. Villiers Terrace
Notes:
Not a new source, just a fresh transfer of a tape I received in trade in the mid 1980's.
Lots of DJ chatter (in French of course), before and after songs, some amp buzz at times as well.
Appears to be the end of the concert only, tracks 6 & 7 sound like encores.
Hope it's accurate, just wanted to get my cassette copy to FLAC preservation purposes and share it. Enjoy!

Echo & The Bunnymen - Festival SBSR, Passeio Marítimo de Algés, Algés, Portugal - 05.07.1997 (FLAC)
The Bunnymen in Portugal, if I'm not mistaken, this was the third time they played here. Huge Thanks to Ziggy for sharing this one on Dime.
Original Info File:
This is the complete broadcast but not the complete show. They only allowed broadcast from the 4th song on. I don't know which songs were played before. Never knew about an audience recording of this show.
Anyway this is the first time i share my recording. It is not perfect, broadcast was not the best and reception aswell. So, this has a bit of hiss. But still very listenable.
Enjoy and share but don't sell.
Cheers
Z :-)

"Lay Down Thy Raincoat and Groove"
18th July 1983
Artwork: not included
Notes: the video quality is only ggod, seems VHS tape is not first generation or time damaged it, but also there was some compression, quite strange, cause the gig is less than an hour.
The sound quality is excellent.
Info: on Crocodiles there are a snippet of Light My Fire, on Do It Clean one of All You Need is Love and of some other songs I didn't recognize.
Beezer from ZOMB, "Do It Clean and Never Stop were broadcast by the BBC on The Old Grey Whistle Test, but (as far as I know) the whole show was never broadcast. It's one of (if not THE) best performances that I've ever seen, and I saw them a lot between 81-85"...lucky guy..."The version of Do It Clean that is on here is the one that was released on the B Side of The Killing Moon 12" Single".

Echo and the Bunnymen - Bootleg VHS #1 (ProShot DVD)
A friend of mine bought a VHS tape on eBay, containing three hours of 80's Bunnymen material,
but he didn't had any way of seeing it, so asked me to transfer to DVD, in exchange I could
post whatever I wanted from it.
The tape was quite beaten up, but watchable. I decided to just include this two performances on volume 1, more volumes to follow.
I must warn you that during the Tube performance, there's quite a lot of interference, due to
the tape being the must damaged in that zone. That is slightly annoying but doesn't really affect
the viewing too much, with the exception of Thorn Of Crowns wich is unwatchable during one minute,
I thought hte tape would break at that point, but it passed through it and the reat of it was OK.
Surely these are not the definitve versions of this two ProShot performances, maybe this will
motivate someone to share a better version. If that doesn't happen, there still quite good.
Anyway, check the screenshots before downloading.
Enjoy!
