Rec. Info:
1st gen. FM tape (Maxell XL2) -> playback on Harman Kardon CD491 -> Zoom H2 (at WAV 16/44) -> HD -> Audacity (edit/level balance only) -> WAV 16/44 -> TLH8 -> FLAC ->
DIME -> YOUR EARS AND MIND... Strange tape, but excellent sound. Hope this isn't around, yet. More information below...

---
Ok, here's a strange tape. The infos on the tapeinsert, noted this as "Gothenburg, 1987-08-21", but it is not. First I thought, wow, an FM excerpt from that show. But my hopes
were destroyed when I noticed some german language chatters at the end of Track #03, where Michael Gira tried to explain the crowd, that this is no PUNKROCK concert! Bummer!
I'm also not really good on swedish language to understand the radio announcer's comments, but at least I think these songs are pulled from shows at Frankfurt, Germany and
the EUROCK FESTIVAL in Alsdorf/near Aachen, Germany. Back in the daze of tapes (I mean cassettes), this would've made a fine companion to each full recorded Swans show. Today,
I'll give you this as a companion to the other fine audience recorded shows for your internal/external harddrive. Anyway, it's not really satisfying to me posting a truncated/mixed
set of songs here, but the sound is too good to be shelved away forever. Hope you understand, and hope you enjoy this rather short posting. SB.

  3. Thanks a lot, Anon!!!! According to the swans.pair CD-r listing the played in Gothenburg at that date. But not speaking Swedish and with original taper's confusing notes, I wasn't sure. Am enjoying this very much!
