Sprung Aus Den Wolken - Rock Rendez Vous, Lisboa, Portugal - 13.06.1989 (Flac)

The Berlin-based Sprung Aus Den Wolken were part of the "Geniale Dilletanten"-movement in the early 80's along with Einstürzende Neubauten and M.D.K. They made a couple of records on their own Faux Pas and Les Disques Du Soleil Et De L'Acier. Their song "Pas Attendre" was used on Wim Wenders' "Wings of Desire" movie and became some kind of underground hit.

So, you can imagine the excitement that it was when we heard that they were coming to Portugal, they were the next best thing to having Neubauten, so the place was crowded (it was very small, 500 people inside and you couldn't move). My friend BTT recorded this concert because it was very dificult to find their records in Portugal at the time, it seemed the only way of listening to them again.

The concert itself was more than 20 years ago, so I have very little memories, but from what I hear in the recording it seems to have been a happening, 1 hour and a half long of performance, with lots of improvisation during some songs, and the crowd is going wild. The sound is very good, again for a recording made on a walkman.

I did my best with the setlist, maybe someone can help with the missing titles?
