It was truly a unforgettable night. Arriving to the venue at about 4pm, it turned out the gig might have to be canceled as there is a volume limit that cannot be exceeded. It angered Brendan so much that he was considering to cancel the whole performance (honestly you don't want to mess with him if he is like that :) luckily he changed his mind but during the performance, he admitted that "he has never been playing so quietly before".
The gig was amazing, really well done. There were a few technical probs with Astrid's keyboards, it just completely switched off during 'Tree of Life'. Apart from that, another fantastic performance, Love on the Vine, Eros and Spirit were all outstanding.
The footage itself turned out to be as good as the Galway one. It has been done from a different perspective. Plenty great close-ups but you still can see Brendan's band as well as some of the interior of the church. I do believe that the performance and the venue did fit each other pretty well.
