The Rose of Avalanche - Haddon Hall, Leeds, UK - 18.08.1988 (Flac)
Another excellent post from roverinexile.
In summer 1988, the Rose of Avalanche played a series of gigs in Leeds under the moniker "Absolutely Anything". This is the final one of 3 I have on tape, this time at the Haddon Hall pub in the Burley area of Leeds. The band had been on a bit of a hiatus due to the contract dispute with Fire Records. They mostly played newer tracks, but none that hadn't been played live before and this was the same setlist as the second Duchess gig.
TDK D90 > Aiwa tape deck > Audacity > CDWav > TLH> FLAC
If you have any other Rose live tapes, please let me know. There are certainly more out there in circulation that haven't been posted on here or Dime. If there is a copy anywhere of their gig from 6 November 1988 opening for Ghost Dance in London, I'd be particularly interested.
